Join the Jamestown Historical Society for Battery Day!

On May 30th from 10 AM - 1 PM at Battery Park.

Family Fun! Costumed reenactors, muskets, cannon, Iggy’s and Splash Dogz Food Trucks, free fruit, patriotic cookies, and lemonade from the JHS, Jamestown Community Band. Bring lawn chairs or a blanket and enjoy a picnic.  Parking on one side of Battery Lane or with a handicapped sticker in the park lot.  No pets, please.

Join us for CISF’s Bay Day! Bay Day 2026 will provide a free, inclusive opportunity for our community to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and participate in numerous hands-on activities including sailing, kayaking, fishing, guided marsh exploration, a raffle, and other science-based activities. Food trucks will be on-site as well.

We are thrilled to announce that as part of our 2026 Bay Day celebration, we will be providing tours of our newly constructed coastal campus!
